“Overall staff are genuinely decent nice people no matter who answers the phone. If I make a mistake they go out of their way to make it right for me. For me it’s not about saving 15 or 50 bucks it’s about the people that I work with and these people are really nice people to work with. I could get insurance off the Internet and have no interaction with no people but I prefer to have people to talk to to actually answer my phone call and actually talk me through what I don’t understand. Rather than trying to read it in legal Termanology makes no sense!”

“A few years ago, I a frozen pipe burst inside the wall of my dining room. An estimator came out in short order. He took some time to come up with an estimate and my repair guy didn't want to take pictures of all the items he had to purchase at Home Depot, but all in all I got paid for the damage done and Mary Jane was very responsive.”
